It may also include emergency preparedness policies/procedures, tenant security posture, and other areas of concern the client decides to list in the scope of the project.
Pricing is calculated based on the size of the facility and/or complexity of the security operation. Final pricing will be listed in the contract before work begins.
A basic security review includes one or more of the specific areas listed below.
Review of the security staffing at the facility. Includes post order and policy/procedure review.
Review of the access control system and the access control policies for the facility. May include security probes (i.e. "red teaming").
Review of the camera system at a facility to identify weaknesses or areas needing improvement. Specifically focused on image quality/usability and identification of blind spots.
Creation of design criteria to assist clients with accurate RFPs during development projects. These services are provided based on the facility schematics, the anticipated use of the facility, and the facility surroundings.
This service results in a specific set of design criteria for the camera system in a new development. The design criteria outline the specific areas requiring camera coverage, the desired/needed system features, and the infrastructure needed to support the system.
This service results in a specific set of design criteria for the access control system in a new development. The design criteria outline the critical access points and the desired/needed system features. This service may also include the design of a panic alarm system in the parking garage.
A complete update/re-write of the security post orders at a facility. Final pricing will depend on how many hours are required.
Lorica Consulting LLC will provide an updated staffing plan based on the identified security needs at the facility. This may include changes in the security staffing, changes in staffing qualifications, or changes in how the staff is deployed at the facility.
Lorica Consulting LLC will provide a dedicated manager to interact with camera system vendors on the client's behalf. The manager will provide the client with two well-qualified vendor proposals along with our recommendation. The client will be responsible for the final selection as well as any and all payments for the new camera system. The manager may be retained at the set hourly rate through the end of the installation project and will help verify the system is functioning properly.
